What is more and more important is how the organization can effectively exchange information inside without the creation of limitations in order to develop good and quick decisions accepted by all parties to the agreement.This area is just as demanding improvement as production processes and sales performance.

T

herefore, the creation of a Negotiation Organization does not end the process of improvement. As for any key area of need, there is someone who will maintain the pace of improvement of negotiation processes at an appropriate level. Therefore, a new position is needed: Chief Negotiation Officer.

We will train and prepare such a person for each organization, and for a transitional period we will provide an experienced Interim CNO.

NEGOTIATION TRAININGS

The entire theoretical material contained on our platform is sufficient to obtain the highest level of education in the field of negotiations.

Negotiations, however, do not exist without their constant practicing.

Therefore, after each part of the course, we recommend performing live negotiations, which we generally run in open Worldwide groups on a virtual negotiating platform.

However, there is no problem for us to create special groups for employees of each customer and to propose a specific scope and time, and we can also conduct on site training & practicing.
